1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Restro Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, managers, staff, and delivery riders.
2. Description of Service
Restro Manager is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that provides point-of-sale (POS), menu management, staff management, delivery management, and analytics tools. The Service is currently offered free of charge.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Free Service
Restro Manager is currently offered free of charge with full access to all features. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, in which case existing users will be notified in advance.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Restro Manager including menu items, orders, customer information, and staff details. We do not sell your data to third parties. Upon account deletion, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful restaurant management purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service. You may not use the Service to store illegal content or conduct fraudulent activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Restro Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
