We collect information you provide when registering including your name, email address, restaurant name, and contact details. We also collect operational data you enter into the platform such as menu items, orders, staff profiles, and sales data. We automatically collect usage data including login times, features used, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Restro Manager service, send important account notifications and updates, provide customer support, and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Each restaurant's data is completely isolated from other restaurants using row-level security. We perform regular security audits and backups.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements.
5. Your Restaurant Data
All data you input — including menu items, orders, staff information, and customer details — belongs to you. We process this data only to provide the service. You can export your data at any time from the dashboard. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
7. Staff and Rider Data
When you invite staff members or delivery riders, their email addresses and profile information are stored in our system. Invited users are notified via email and can choose not to accept the invitation. Staff data is accessible only to the restaurant owner and authorized managers.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Order history and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access all data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and opt out of non-essential communications. 10. Children's Privacy
Restro Manager is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
